Over the years, we have sought to recruit the best barristers, whether as pupils who have been trained within KBW, or from the pool of established practitioners. Remaining at the legal cutting-edge is taken very seriously. Members of Chambers not only attend training conferences and seminars, but often teach at them. In short, Chambers continues to have a dedicated team of genuine specialists in a number of areas of legal practice.
In keeping with our history, we continue as a Circuit-wide set of chambers and our strength throughout the North Eastern Circuit is well-established. Members of Chambers live across the whole Circuit, from the far south to the far north. Each member of Chambers is committed to providing excellent service to professional and lay clients throughout Circuit, and often beyond. Although our premises in Leeds are always available as a consultation, conference and meeting facility, members of Chambers will happily travel to the most convenient location for clients, wherever that happens to be.
In 2006 chambers undertook a major review of our clients requirements and expectations in terms of our facilities. We recognised that ease of access was a priority and specifically that proximity to the main M621 would prove to be of major benefit. State of the art conference and mediation facilities were another necessity. After an extensive search we identified the historic grade 2 starred listed building The Engine House at the Round Foundry as our perfect new home. We love its history and its magnificent regeneration and its superb facilities for our clients. We moved into our new premises in July 2008.
